Words by Phoebe ("we", "us") is a speech-writing service based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us when you make an enquiry through our website.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the type and date of your event, and your message. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and prepare a speech for your occasion, and to keep a record of our correspondence for the duration of our work together. We will never use your details for marketing without your explicit consent.
How we store your data
Your enquiry is stored securely on our service provider's infrastructure and is accessible only to Phoebe. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, simply email hello@wordsbyphoebe.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
